Rabah Concept Children Home provides supported accommodation and supported living for children and young people aged 8 to 16, and sometimes 16+, preparing for independent living. We offer safe, homely, fully furnished placements with flexible, person centred support to develop life skills, confidence, independence, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in education, training or the community, ensuring every young person feels valued, supported and empowered for a positive transition into adulthood.

Rabah Concept Children Home provides a structured, caring and nurturing environment for children and young people needing higher support. Our warm, family-like home helps them feel valued, secure and supported while developing independent living skills for adulthood.
